This Privacy and Cookies Policy regulates the processing of the personal data of users collected, within the scope of the use of the website with the address www.sk4u.sk , (hereinafter referred to as SK4U) in order to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), in force since May 25, 2018 in the European Union, which establishes the rules regarding the processing, by a person, company or organization, of personal data relating to people in the EU.
In addition, Law no. 58/2019, of August 8th, which ensures, at the national level in Portugal, the implementation of the RGPD, is also added to the aforementioned framework.

Collection and processing of personal data
SK4U only collects personal data that is strictly necessary and relevant for the purpose for which the service provided is intended.
The information collected, through the formulary, by properly identified volunteers, is intended for the subsequent interaction of authorities, and vetted stakeholders, with the citizen.

All personal information provided through the contact form is protected through security procedures that protect it from unauthorized access and disclosure.

VOSTPT
is responsible for the processing of personal data;
ensures that the processing of your personal data is carried out within the scope of the purposes for which it was collected or for purposes compatible with those;
stores, uses and retains only the personal data necessary for the purposes in question;
does not transmit any personal data for commercial or advertising purposes;
processes personal data for legally foreseen purposes or for the pursuit of services requested by the citizen.

VOSTPT is committed to processing your data in a fair and transparent manner, guaranteeing confidentiality and security regarding the information requested and ensuring that it will only be used for the purposes expressly indicated and authorized.

All personal data collected is kept for the period strictly necessary for its treatment, according to its respective purpose.
The conservation periods may, however, change when the associated public interest, historical, scientific or statistical reasons justify it.

VOSTPT is committed to guaranteeing the security and protection of the personal data it collects, having, for this purpose, adopted a series of technical and organizational measures.
Data sharing and dissemination
Collected data will be shared with vetted NGO and/or official entities with the sole purpose of helping the respondents in their entry into Slovakia and/or their displacement to other regions or European countries.

Right of access, rectification,
updating and deletion of data
All users are guaranteed the right of access to data that directly concern them, and they may update or correct them, their portability, their erasure, limitation in their treatment or the right to oppose the processing, without compromising the validity of the data processing carried out up to that moment.
